UK DELIVERY OPTIONS:

    • Cost: £3.99 for orders under £20. Free for orders over £20.
    • While this service aims for next working day delivery, it's not guaranteed. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
    • Order before 3pm from Monday to Friday, before 12.30pm on Saturdays, and before 11.59am on Sundays for same-day dispatch.

  2. APC/DPD/Parcelforce Guaranteed Next Day Delivery:

    • Cost: £7.49 for orders under £10, £6.99 for orders over £10, or Free for orders over £75.
    • Order before 2pm from Monday to Friday or before 12.30pm on weekends for guaranteed next day delivery.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY OPTIONS:

  1. Standard Airmail Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.

  2. Tracked & Signed For Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.

  3. Express Delivery to Europe:

    • Next day delivery to most of Europe.
    • Order before 12pm (UK time) from Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
    • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADA DELIVERY OPTIONS (via DHL and UPS):

  • Delivery within 7 days from dispatch.

BANK HOLIDAYS:

Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays. In such cases, expect your delivery on the next working day for next day delivery options, and in the subsequent days for other delivery options. We recommend using our next day delivery service 2 days prior to bank holidays - order before 2pm to ensure your delivery arrives before the holiday.

RESTRICTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • We conduct age verification checks on all orders. Failure in this check may cause a delay in your order.
  • We bear no liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. Once items have left the UK postal system, you are responsible for them.
  • Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. They are calculated based on a weighted average. We recommend grouping your items in a single order as separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.
  • All packages include a return label. If a mail company returns any orders due to incorrect address, you will incur additional delivery charges for re-shipping.
  • For E-liquids: In case of a leak, notify us within 3 working days. Do not use the product if the liquid vessel is breached due to the risk of contamination.
  • Prices may vary based on current postal rates.
